Bhd. was appointed to deliver a full setup tailored for both service efficiency and guest experience.

The project included a 20 x 20 Arabian canopy, a Tiffany Blue-themed stage and furniture setup, complete electrical supply, audio-visual support, and backdrop framing — all executed to ensure smooth flow and a welcoming environment for attendees.

The main coverage structure was a 20 x 20 feet Arabian canopy, fitted with a Tiffany Blue scallop trim to align with the event’s colour theme. The open-air design allowed air circulation while providing necessary shelter for medical check stations and waiting areas.
